Returns:

All returns must be processed through our website Toria Lee Accessories for approval.  Once approved, we will arrange a returns label for you with the cost to be debited from the refund.

All items must be returned within 14 days for a full refund or an exchange.

Please note that sale items are only eligible for an exchange if the goods are faulty. 

Items must be returned, unused in the original packaging, with tags still on the goods and in perfect re-sale condition.

Refunds:

Items eligible for a refund must be returned within 14 days of receipt of the goods. 

All items will be refunded within 3-4 working days of receipt of the goods and an email notification will be sent.   Please note the refund can take up to 10 working days to show in your bank account.  If after 10 working days you still have not received a refund, please email info@torialeeaccessories.com.

Items not eligible for a refund are:

·         Personalised items or any product ordered in accordance with your customised specifications.  If you are returning a bespoke item that was made to order, or personalised in any way due to a fault, or it has not been reasonably made to the specification given by you, we will re-make a new item to the correct specification.

·         Earrings (for hygiene purposes)

·         Socks (for hygiene purposes)

 

Exchanges:

§  Sale items are eligible for an exchange only.  A credit note will be issued and emailed to you.

§  Gift items are only eligible for an exchange or a credit note to the value of the goods.
